FROM IDEA TO PRODUCT

In line with the Lean Thinking methodology adopted by Protesa, we carry out an analysis before proceeding with product development. The next step involves significant teamwork among the various team members in order to evaluate and select the best solution for the project (Evaluation Matrix). The resulting cost-benefit analysis and feasibility study make it possible to verify that the project can proceed without any particular risks while avoiding waste in terms of efficiency and costs.It is vitally important during the product development phase to anticipate any critical issues that may arise in subsequent stages and to have alternative solutions available in order to ensure the success of the project.

MACHINE AND EQUIPMENT DESIGN

Protesa’s technical office provides qualified support in the design of machines and equipment.
The staff’s experience, versatility and creativity enable them to address every aspect of product development, whether completing an existing project or providing turnkey design, in order to meet the customer’s needs.

PROTOTYPING AND TESTING

Once the study and design have been defined, we move on to the development phase. Thanks to the facilities available at Protesa’s headquarters in Via Ugo La Malfa, we employ highly skilled personnel for the mechanical and electrical assembly of the various parts that make up the prototype. Through final testing, we verify the correct functioning of the components in order to deliver a high-performance machine to the customer.
