METROLOGY LABORATORY

Protesa’s metrology division obtained accreditation as LAT Centre No. 01257 in the length sector in accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO IEC 17025. The Protesa Centre is authorised to carry out calibrations both in its own laboratory and externally on the customer’s premises, issuing a calibration certificate that may only be issued by a centre accredited by ACCREDIA, Italy’s accreditation body for testing and calibration laboratories. This body certifies a laboratory's competence to perform calibrations that ensure metrological traceability to national or international standards over time, under constant and rigorous supervision.
